Do you ever wonder how celebrities get lean and toned bodies? Do you ever wish to know the program some of your favorite celebrities follow to make them have such amazing bodies? Would you like to try a Hollywood diet? Before you answer yes I would like to provide some information for you think over. In this article, without naming names I will outline a few diets from some well known celebrities.
Celebrity A does not follow the trend of low carb diets or cardio for weight loss. She has her own program of eating fast food such as Taco Bell and McDonald’s. I personally do not think there is anything wrong with eating fast food every blue moon but eating this everyday can do more harm than good to your body. Fast food today has more saturated fats than any other food available. Did you know some fast food restaurants have burgers with over 500 calories? If you consume 2,000 calories a day that is a quarter of your daily requirement from one burger.
Celebrity B has gone to the extreme of using drugs to lose weight. The drug Adderall is primary used for treating people with attention deficit disorder. The celebrity used this drug because it has a side effect of losing your appetite. You always want to use a prescription drug the way a doctor prescribes it, and not because it helps you lose weight. You risk your health and possibly your life by misusing prescription drugs. There are much healthier ways to lose weight.
Celebrity C has taken the liquid diet approach. In this diet the celebrity drinks lemonade with maple syrup and cayenne pepper to lose weight. Supposedly the diet will clean out toxins in your body and help you lose weight fast. The truth about this diet (yes, I have tried this one myself) you will lose weight but it will be only water weight. You may lose 10 to 15 pounds (I lost 12) but once you start eating again you will gain it right back (I gained 16). This is not a long term solution. If you ever need to be on a liquid diet it would be best to do it under a doctors care.
